On the night of 14 October 2016, my neighbour at Block 99 #03-4x was frantically crying and knocking on our doors screaming for help. Her little boy’s finger was caught trapped between the lift doors. All of us were helpless and the situation was tense as everyone panicked until The Raintree Hero S/S Praba came to our help once again. He calmed down the situation and helped released the little figures of the frightened screaming and crying boy. Although the police, civil defence, ambulance all arrived later to take over, it would have been a long horrific antagonizing wait for the rescue if not of Mr Praba’s calm, steady and bravery to handle the situation and rescue the boy. Mr Praba is truly a great part of our condo.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you unyielding support towards Union through the year. The success of the Union is built over the years with the partnership of our branches and management partners. 2018 was a monumental year for USE as it was our 40th Anniversary, from the launch of the mediation service at our Customer Service Centre to our inaugural sponsors who have graciously sponsored book prizes in order to benefit more school-going children. your contribution and sincerity have certainly uplifted the lives of our members and USE is truly thankful.  we hope to continue this valued handshake. There was a shoplifting case at Bugis on 23/10 where the total value of property recovered was at $292. Actions by your security officer Mr Heng coming back earlier from lunch break to cover the checkpoint in order for Senior Security Officer Paul Dave to proceed to the sales floor to look for the suspect. After failing to find the suspect, Paul quickly went to check the CCTV footage to determine from which exit the suspect left the store. The suspect was subsequently spotted by Retail Manager Glenn and brought back to the checkpoint where the stolen property was recovered. I wish to commend the co-operation, teamwork and quick action shown by the security officers. Please convey my appreciation to these officers for a job well done.

I have been living at Faber Crest Condo since August 2011, having moved here after 3 years in Sembawang. In total, I have been in Singapore for 20 years. Since moving to Faber Crest, I was struck by the alertness and generally very efficient work of the security guards. In my experience, the general standard here in Singapore is not good, with guards often seeming disinterested in their job and lacking alertness. Your detail here at Faber Crest should be commended for their work and in particular, I would like to point out the work of Paul and Hari, both of whom are highly professional. I believe it is their example that leads the way for the rest of the detail. You are fortunate to have such good men working for you. In my time here I have never once come across any of your Guards sleeping on duty or even inattentive – they always seem friendly and helpful and this is in marked contrast to so many other security companies. Their display of professionalism and resilience throughout the deployment is a true reflection of your efficient leadership, which contributed to the success of this major event. We recognize that although the amount of time and energy this assignment demanded is high with a lot of challenges especially weather, but nonetheless, you and your company proved your competency and accountability. I would like to compliment Mr. Alfred, our PS in-store security officer on his outstanding work attitude and commitment.

On top of carrying out his duty of responsibility managing staff and visitors belongings at the checkpoint, he went an extra mile during 6-10 august to assist my staff in removing HD goods from the CS counter to outport. His kinds act brought much convenience to my staff and also improved the shopping ambience for all shoppers.

Particularly on 9 Aug, Mr Alfred even took the initiative and brought the goods cartons down to the loading bay and helped to arrange into various pallets.

His efforts and contributions beyond this duty have impressed and touched my team members deeply.

Please assist to route this feedback to your top management in recognition of his remarkable work.
